Analyst Consultant

To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated, be able to work independently, have a passion for hospitality, technology and social media, and a strong desire to be part of a rapidly growing business. You should be able to understand and clearly articulate the business value of social media and digital communications to our clients, and deliver maximum ROI for their social media and digital campaigns.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very fast-paced company in a new and exciting space. You will be based in Taiwan and will report to a Master Consultant.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Digital media planning and strategy development for our clients, with a primary focus on social media for both branding and tactical campaigns
• Digital media buying, with a primary focus on social media
• Relationship management with social networks, online publishers and agencies as required
• Campaign management including reporting, analysis, optimization and ROI calculation
• Provide additional support to clients for their digital media campaign execution needs as necessary
• Assist the Client Services team on other projects and engagements as required, which may include strategy consulting, training & development, and guest satisfaction surveys

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree
• 1-6 years of experience in digital media planning/buying/management, social media experience a big plus
• Candidates with bilingual skills will be advantaged – particularly Asian languages
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Very confident and organized, good attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Display professional maturity beyond years of experience
• Experience and understanding of social media and/or the Hospitality industry and/or consulting experience is a plus
