Ugh. Another social media technology company-agency-whatever trying to explain what it does.
We know, we’ve read a lot of these and they all sound like the same person wrote them.  

Simply put, here’s our mission: provide actionable insights and perform insightful actions for brand managers so that they are able to protect the value and maximize the potential of their brands.

 

That’s a mouthful, but that’s what we do. We’re about helping every brand manager succeed amidst the sea of change that’s occurring because of social media. We know that you have a million things to do and probably don’t even have time to look at all of the reports that are piling up in your inbox (assuming you still use email!). We’ve learned that our clients need to understand both what to do, and how to do it — in 140 characters or less, please.

So that’s what we aim to do for you.

We try to simplify the complicated stuff (monitor, collect, de-dupe, extract, quantify, analyze) to interpret your brand data and suggest actions to help you better engage with your customers.

[Of course, if you’re really interested in all the complicated applied mathematics and programming code that we write…we’re hiring!]

We make it a point to support you with the tough stuff at your most important moments – before a meeting with your CEO, on the day of your GMs’ conference, or when someone posts something horrible on your Facebook page. It turns out that good social media management involves lots of numbers, technology, and quick decisions. We know that some digital marketers are shy about these things, and some haven’t been at this stuff for very long. We totally understand and empathize. We’ve been there, too.

In this new world of marketing you have to be multi-disciplined, which means that you have to be creative, you have to be good at math, you have to be comfortable with technology, you have to understand the web, you have to be in tune with the latest trends, etc. etc. A lot of “you-have-to-dos”, isn’t it? That’s why we have people and services that will support you in these areas every step of the way. And they don’t always cost money.

So that just about wraps it up. As you can tell, this is not our company boilerplate. You can find that in our press pages. But is an honest intro about who we are.
