As a Social Media Consultant, you will work with clients to produce and deliver both structured and customized digital strategic campaigns for our clients on how they engage, manage their presence on, and effectively leverage social media to increase their guest satisfaction, brand awareness and profitability.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated, be able to work independently, have a passion for hospitality, technology, social media, and training & development, and a strong desire to be part of a rapidly growing business. You should also be very detailed oriented, resourceful, analytical, proactive, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities of this position include:
Develop and maintain high quality social media training programs and training content
Deliver social media training and development to clients for both corporate and hotel staff, via meetings, conferences, webinars and pre-produced content
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding and ensuring client satisfaction with the training provided
Collaborate with other team members on the creation of a digital campaign for clients
Assist the Client Services team on other projects and engagements as required
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with a strong academic record. MBA degree or equivalent a plus
At least 3 years of experience in sales & marketing or operations in hospitality, or training & development or consulting experience in service-oriented industries or digital/social media
Fluent in English and Chinese (other languages a plus)
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Very confident and organized, good attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Previous experience in social media or producing and conducting training programs a plus
Display professional maturity beyond years of experience
