Morris Sim is a Co-Founder and the CEO of Circos Brand Karma, a business analytic company focusing on social media. Its flagship product, Brand Karma, helps brands increase awareness and conversion by analyzing the impact of customer reviews online and correlating the insights to revenue, customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Circos.com’s expertise in social media leverages Morris’s stint as a Senior Director of Marketing at Microsoft. In that role, he spent three years developing communities and social networks to improve Microsoft’s brand favorability. Previous to his marketing role at Microsoft, Morris served as the CTO of PoloRalphLauren.com.
Prior to that, he began his career by spending 7 years at Microsoft developing and launching a diverse set of products, including Access, Visual Basic, Works, and Office.
Morris is a graduate of Stanford University.
