My Grandfather did a Lipdub!

The world’s first ever senior citizen’s lip-dub shows us that people age like good old wine, the older the better. Residents from Clark Retirement Community in Grand Rapids, Michigan, demonstrated that by teaming up with Grand Valley State University Film & Video Production students to create a video which showcases the retired elderly doing a cover of the classic song by Michael Bublé: “Feeling Good”.

Think about what this lipdub did – in a subtle way – for the home: It basically took you on a tour around the property, showcasing the facilities such as the gym and pool. It’s a lot more interesting to do a virtual site inspection this way rather than in person! Moreover, it also portrays the home as a place where the oldies are the goodies!

The video has garnered almost seven thousand views in just two days. If this retirement home didn’t have a waiting list before, I bet they probably do now!
